Competition Deliverables We have delivered a project promotion video, a team presentation, the judging form and our project wiki! The project promotion video can be found here.
Project Attributions On the attributions page, we have acknowledged the roles and tasks fulfilled by each team member in the lab and for the wiki. Further, we appreciated all those who supported and assisted us with our project. Find our Attributions page.
Project Description Our project description page provides a comprehensive outline of the project and inspiration. We have also provided visuals to explain our project. Visit our Project Description page.
Project Contribution As a contribution to future iGEM teams, Binanox has provided a step-by-step process on the biological production of nanoparticles, and a detailed modeling guide for the Box-Behnken model. Furthermore, we designed three new parts that can be used by future iGEM teams. Read more on the Contribution page.

Integrated Human Practices After interviewing several experts, we implemented their feedback throughout our project. See our Integrated Human Practices page for detailed interviews.
Project Modeling We used a statistical model called Box-Behnken Design to explore how certain parameters impact the production of optimal nanoparticles. We determined an optimal pH level and suitable gold:silver salt ratio for the production of nanoparticles. Check our Model page for a detailed overview.
Proof of Concept We have shown that our biologically produced nanoparticles are capable of converting near infrared light to thermal energy, as required for photothermal therapy. Check out our Proof of Concept page.
Education and Communication We shared our enthusiasm for synthetic biology with the public by organizing and joining several events. Read more about this on our Education and Communications page and Featured page.
