During the formation of spider silk from spidroin, spider silk is always trapped and tied in a buffer solution.
Therefore, a prototype of spider silk collection machine was designed. The purified spidroin in a syringe is ejected into a pH buffer tank. The immature spider silk is formed in the tank and then collected with a rolling machine driven by a magnet. Therefore, the silk can be collected properly on the machine and solidified to the mature form.
