Silk gene NT2RepCT-SpyTag, which is high soluble, pH sensitive and has high yield in E. coli expression system. The silk gene is combined with SpyTag and make it can be functionalized with various SpyCatcher-fused protein which can be used to bind with GFP and to epitope or purification tags. And also, two different restriction sites are added on both ends to allow ligation with different common plasmids.
