Parts overview


Due to the novelty of our project and the lack of expertise we went through extensive research, and we added to the registry a solid foundation of hundreds composite and basic parts. To maximize the usability of our components for others, we have characterized them as much detail as possible through text, charts, and modelling.Not only that but also we added the pipeline by which we created this collection in each part page


Part collections


We achieved the creation of many part collections. Our part collections are mainly constituted of Tau/Amyloid binding peptides, a set of flexible linkers, serine protease inhibitors, affinity clamps, and PDZ binding peptides. All these libraries can be found in the parts page with their relative registry code number and with their relative Dry-Lab charachterization.
