Principal Investigators

Primary PI: Prof. Dr. Fernando Segato, who has supported us since the beginning of our project and helped us in different areas, such as modeling and synthetic biology itself. His guidance throughout the project and the availability of his laboratory were essential for our project development. Besides that, his efforts in making contact with the finance area of our university was extremely helpful to take our team to the iGEM competition and the Jamboree.

Secondary PI: Profa. Dra. Talita Martins Lacerda, who has also supported us since the beginning of our project and helped us especially in Human Practices and people management. Her organization methods and list of contacts were of important value.
