1	Jiaqi Liu	Team leader Project design Wet lab Communication	One of the student leaders of Team Tianjin2022, who is in charge of overall management. He is responsible for designing experiments and communicating with PI and advisors. Besides, he participated in the experiments of constructing plasmids and modeling. He is also responsible for art design.
2	Wenlu Meng	Ideas Dry lab	She proposed the core of the project: using DNA multi-site editing technology to modify DNA information. Participated in the development of Chinese character/base conversion program. She also proposed a prototype of the encoding idea for image storage. Participated in the construction of the first generation of information plasmids.
3	Jinyi Yang	Communication Analytics Modeling Project Design	He helped to establish mathematicalmodels and assisted in communication with iGEM of foreign schools. He participated in project design, analysis and iteration, and was involved in the preparation of most programs.
4	Yun Wang	Wet lab Measurement	As one of the main leaders of Tianjin 2022 wet experiment, he was mainly involved in the design of experimental scheme at the initial stage of the project, teaching experimental skills, designing primer , transformation and induction culture of information plasmids such as GIF and Ode to joy.
5	Hongming Zhan	Dry lab Wiki programming	The leader of wiki team. She is responsible for assigning work and designing the page structure. She also participates in the design of character/base conversion program.
6	Kecheng Huang	PV editor Wet lab Wiki programming	One of the members responsible for the experimental operation and analysis of the results, also participated in the design of PV and the production of the Wiki.
7	Xuewei Hao	PV editor Wet lab Wiki art	She is one of the promotion video's leaders. She is also an experiment operator and put forward advice for wiki art.
8	Xianliang Zhang	Human Practice Communication Collaboration Interview	He is responsible for the overall interview of our Human Practice. He is the host of the iGEM online party live lecture. He also joined in the collaboration with SJTU.
9	Yuxuan Jiang	Human Practice	The leader of our HP group. She organized a range of activities which helped us to get feedback to our project and expanded the influence of our team. Besides, she helped us to communicate with other iGEM teams and participated in some exchange activities.
10	Jiahang Zou	Art	He is responsible for the design of team emblems and uniforms, video production, illustration production, picture beautification, participated in poster production, helped wiki writing, and acted as the photographer of the team
11	Xuyang Ran	Dry lab Wet lab	He is the person in charge of the coding design of our image modifications, wrote the image coding and decoding programs, and performed program interactions, while participating as a resident in the laboratory in the transformation, induction, colony PCR and sequencing of wet experiments.
12	Tangzheng Liu	Wet lab Wiki writing	He is one of the experiment operators. He is familiar with the laboratory to ensure its operation. He also Participated in Wiki writing.
13	Jincan Zhao	Human Practice Wet lab	She is mainly responsible for cooperation and exchange with Shanghai Jiao Tong University. What’s more, she helped us in the construction of plasmids in experiments.
14	Zhuohang Yang	Wiki writer	Responsible for wiki production, narrating promotion video.
15	Siqi Liu	Wiki programming	She is responsible for the writing and production of wiki. She also helped debugging and modifying the page layout.
16	Yanru Liu	Art	She is mainly responsible for the art work, including the design of team uniforms and emblems, the design of wiki and the production of animation images.
