Wet Lab
Plasmid construction
The plasmid pET28a(+)-ChuA-HrtRwas designed by Huiyuan Xue. Yongzhu Li designed plasmids pSB1C3-cjBlue and pUC19-HrtO. YongzhuLi and Keyi Liu used the infusion kit to construct pSB1C3-HrtO-cjBlue plasmid successfully.
Transformation
Yongzhu Li, Huiyuan Xue, KeyingChen, Yixin He and Qiuke Jing transferred two recombinant plasmids into E. coli chassis.
Plasmid expression
Jiahao Qin, Hang Xuan, Keyi Liu,Xingsi Yan and Jiaojiao Yang made great efforts to achieve this goal.
Dry Lab
Model
Chen Keying is responsible forcontacting and providing data for modeling. DKU_China is responsible for data analysis.
Wiki
Du Jianing and Liu Yuzhe areresponsible for the website construction, while Yan Xingsi is responsible for a large number ofart tasks.

1. Home page video: Chen Keyingand Liu Keyi are also responsible for video script writing. Li Yongzhu is in charge of editing,Yan Xingsi and Du Jianing are in charge of art, and Qin Jiahao, Meng Yifei and Jing Qiuke are incharge of dubbing.
2. Integrated human practicevideo: Qin Jiahao, Meng Yifei, Liu Yuhan and others are responsible for collecting videomaterials, Liu Xiyu is responsible for editing, and Liu Xiyu, Liu Yuhan and Meng Yifei areresponsible for video dubbing.
