Attributions

Team NJTech_China was responsible for almost all aspects of running the team, from including purchasing supplies, coming up with the project concept, writing protocols, and executing the lab work. We would like to thank all our advisors who have assisted us throughout the project. We would also like to thank all everyone else who has helped us realize this project, be it through invaluable advice or providing genes, plasmids, strains, and other materials. Qiming Zou

Responsible for experimental group work. Design and construct the plasmid pMTL-PthlAF3-Bs2 and characterize the promoter activity through measuring the fluorescence intensity of Bs2. Responsible for education work. Participate in model group work.

Jinghao Guan

Responsible for the model group. As the bridge for communications between the model group and the experimental group, work out the appropriate model and provide experimental data. Responsible for the Contribution part. Responsible for experimental group work. Design and construct plasmids pMTL-PthlAF3-Bs2, pMTL-PthlAF7-Bs2, pMTL-PvgbF3-Bs2, pMTL-PvgbF7-Bs2 and characterize the promoter activity through measuring the fluorescence intensity of Bs2. Participate in education group work.

Yuxin Liu

Responsible for experimental group work. Construct plasmids——pMTL-Pvgb-Bs2、pMTL-Pvgb-perR. Investigate the effects of different oxygen concentrations on the expression intensity of Bs2 fluorescent protein by vgb promoters in Clostridium tyrobutyricum. Guide the team members to do molecular experiments in early stage. Instruct the high school group to conduct Plac-dps and Plac-aceE'HPLC.

Yingxuan Qi

Responsible for experimental group work.Improve the Pvgb promoter(Pvgb-5'-UTR-Bs2).Instruct senior high school groups to construct plasmids-pMTL82151(Plac-dps).Participate in the exchange meating.Read literature.

Zixuan Zhao

Responsible for experimental group work. Guide the design and construction of pmtl plac aceE and the characterization of its proteins and other products. Design and build pmtl-p2vgb-bs2.The effects of different dissolved oxygen on the growth characteristics of modified Clostridium tyrobutyricum are studied.

Yaru Zhang

Responsible for experimental group work.Guide the construction of gene knockout plasmid -- PMTL82151-Plac-dps and improve Pvgb promoter -- PMTL82151-FNRBS2-Pvgb-bs2.

Yige Sun

Responsible for experimental group work.Construct a lactose-inducible-type promoter to express pdh and alter the fnr binding site distance to the-35 region.Participate in writing wiki material.

Ye Xu

Responsible for experimental group work.Participate in the completion of the bronze prize experiment, construct the pet-29a-pink plasmid, and successfully express two proteins. Participate in vgb modification, increase fnr binding sites and successfully enhance expression.Participate in the summer camp and guide the high school team. Read literature,make reports and participate in many exchange meetings.Provide ideas for inspiration.

Chenchen Xu

Responsible for experimental group work.Participate in the completion of the bronze prize experiment, construct the pet-29a-feyellow plasmid, and successfully express two proteins. Participate in the construction of two vgb promoters and successfully enhance expression.Participate in the summer camp and guide the high school team. Qingqing Zheng

Responsible for experimental group work. Construct the plasmids pMTL-Pvgb-Bs2 and pMTL-Pvgb-perR.Measure the growth curves of Plac-dps and Plac-aceE.

Zhenhao Fu

Responsible for experimental group work.Construct gene knockout plasmids——pMTL-ΔperR plasmid、 Plac->ΔperR->self-target plasmid.Construct common plasmid——pMTL-Pthl-perR plasmid.Induce knockout of target gene and Elimination plasmid.

Chengtai Yin

Responsible for experimental group work. Mainly responsible for the docking from the team level with iGEM HQ, the communications with other teams and communities, the original drafts writing and reviewing of most of wetlab and project materials. Designed and carried out the construction of several parts of our experiments. Participated in summer camps and guided high-school students with experiments. Search and provide most of literatures relevant to the project.

Mingxuan Li

The person in charge of HP, mainly responsible for the communication activities with other teams and organizations. Provide presentations and communication materials.Responsible for promotional videos.Draw images for posters, wikis.Responsible for wiki design. Responsible for the filming of promotional videos and post-production work.

Jianing Yao

Responsible for human practices group work.Produce CCIC video, promotion video and presentation video.Produce some WeChat public website push articles and ppt.

Bitian Li

Responsible for human practices group work.Produce CCIC video, promotion video and presentation video. Produce some WeChat public website push articles and ppt.

Jing Yang

Responsible for human practices group work. Responsible for the design of team logo.Design wiki homepage.Exchange gold award cooperation emails.

Meng Zhang

Responsible for human practices group work. Mainly responsible for various copywriting texts such as collaboration，WeChat official account popularization of science and video of team NJTech_China，occasionally for layout designing such as web page layout and summer camp activity manual. Design the booklets for CPU and PowerPoint to show our summer camp .Draw experimental illustrations.

Guangjie Fu

Responsible for front-end wiki production, write CSS and JS and optimize the entire wiki. The man in charge of the design and build of the team's wiki web page, completing the modification, integration and submission of materials.

Liangxin Li

Order supplies and participate in shooting vedio.Summarize literature, do conference presentations and make some PowerPoints.

Yihua Xie

Responsible for HP works and bud work. Design and report the mascot.Dub for our viedo during the Nanjing Tech University public welfare works competition, in order to advertise the knowledge of synthetic biology. Publish content on our official Wechat account. Design the flag, the expermient safty rules and the report ppt of the summer camp activity. Conclude the specific activities' information up to the meeting ccic. Design the poster of the ccic and responsible for the sharing during ccic online meeting.Dub for the Promotion video. Design the booklets when our team cooperated with team CPU_Nanjing. Design the wiki page about the education part and collaboration part.

Yubo Zheng

Responsible for building the model of ODE. The model built greatly complements the project experiment. Use Python for parameter fitting and model analysis. Help with the uploading of wiki material and part registry.

Songjie Zhang

Write HP activity report and Literature search report.Mathematical model search Promoter optimization Metabolic.Take part in later experiment.

Tao Jiang

Offered helps with part registry and wiki. Built a network database of extremophiles (terrestrial) and its associated front-end database query website.
