Team NJTech_China was responsible for almost all aspects of running the team, from including purchasing supplies, coming up with the project concept, writing protocols, and executing the lab work. Responsible for experimental group work. Construct plasmids——pMTL-Pvgb-Bs2、pMTL-Pvgb-perR. Investigate the effects of different oxygen concentrations on the expression intensity of Bs2 fluorescent protein by vgb promoters in Clostridium tyrobutyricum. Guide the team members to do molecular experiments in early stage. Instruct the high school group to conduct Plac-dps and Plac-aceE'HPLC.

Responsible for experimental group work. Mainly responsible for the docking from the team level with iGEM HQ, the communications with other teams and communities, the original drafts writing and reviewing of most of wetlab and project materials. Designed and carried out the construction of several parts of our experiments. Participated in summer camps and guided high-school students with experiments. Search and provide most of literatures relevant to the project.

Responsible for front-end wiki production, write CSS and JS and optimize the entire wiki. The man in charge of the design and build of the team's wiki web page, completing the modification, integration and submission of materials.

Yihua Xie
Responsible for HP works and bud work. Design and report the mascot.Dub for our viedo during the Nanjing Tech University public welfare works competition, in order to advertise the knowledge of synthetic biology. Publish content on our official Wechat account. Design the flag, the expermient safty rules and the report ppt of the summer camp activity.
