Jiankai Liu

Hi, I'm Jiankai Liu, a junior student majoring life sciences in Nanjing University. I enjoy studying synthetic biology and other powerful tools for engineering. Here are the three passions in my life: watching movies, drinking yogurt and trying new things.

Cheng Shen

A student from the School of Life Sciences of Nanjing University. Like reading, running and thinking about the world. Passionate about all the lovely animals, but devoted to botanical research. Indulge in every bit of nature.

Yuxuan Qian

I'm Qian Yuxuan from the School of Life Sciences of Nanjing University. I'm very glad to participate in iGEM in my last year as an undergraduate and become a member of the experiment group. I enjoy doing experiments in the laboratory and cooperating with other team members.

Yilei Liu

I'm Liu, Yilei, majoring in chemistry, a senior student from Nanjing University, a member of HP in Nanjing-China. I love cooking, which is somewhat like conducting experiments. Inspired a lot by iGEM, I find synthetic biology interesting and powerful, thus planning to pursue my master degree in genetics.

Ningxin Wang

I'm Wang Ningxin, a student from Nanjing University majoring in life sciences. Since I participate in HP team, I got more information of synthetic biology from the process of visiting companies and interviewing entrepreneurs. Hopefully, I can contribute to life science.

Mingrong Zheng

I am Zheng Mingrong, 17, a student from the High School affiliated to Nanjing Normal University whose future major direction is biology. I am now the proprietor of the Biology Club in my school and a student of the Yingcai Program. At school, I like to spend my time in the laboratory service club or prepare materials for the biology club in the library. After class, I like playing Guzheng or taekwondo,or sometimes I will help in my family's garden.

Yangxuan Zhou

Hello,my name is Zhou Yangxuan, a junior student majoring in Life Science at Nanjing University. I love music and movies, and I also play volleyball in my spare time. I'm honored to join Nanjing-China and participate in the iGEM Competition. iGEM has opened the gate of synthetic biology for me, and I'm really inspired by it. I have also benefited a lot from the HP work, and I hope to learn more about synthetic Biology in the future.

Xiong Yanting

I am Xiong Yanting, a G12 student from Nanjing Foreign Language School, British Columbia Academy program. At school, I enjoy studying Biology and Chemistry and like spending time in the laboratory doing various interesting experiments. In my spare time, I like music, playing the piano, drawing, and reading novels or some books related to Biology.

Hongbing Yang

Hello, my name is Yang Hongbing. I am now studying at the School of Life Sciences, Nanjing University. In iGEM, I was mainly responsible for building the MFC model. It was a difficult process, but it was a meaningful experience for me to solve a problem with my teammates, and I learned a lot during that time.

Junyi Chen

Hello, my name is Chen Junyi. I'm a student majoring in biology at Nanjing University. It's an honor to participate in modeling work. I‘ve learned a lot from the team, and it's a happy time for me. I enjoy playing video games, watching movies, and listening to music in my free time.

Yufei Wang

Hello！ I'm Wang Yufei，a junior majoring in life science in Nanjing University.I'm really glad as a member of the group of human practice of Nanjing-China. During this competition, I've learnt a lot about communication and lecturing. In the future,I'll continue to pay attention to synthetic biology and devote myself to it!

Minyi Qin

Hello! My name is Minyi Qin. I major in Biology at School of Life Sciences, Nanjing University. I have an affection for badminton and Jpop. I'm happy to compete in iGEM and devote my energy to the experiments concerning Biosynthesis. It was meaningful for me to work with all of my teammates and improve myself throughout this competition. I hope I will have more opportunities to learn more about synthetic Biology in the future.

Jingxuan Wang

Hi！Nice to meet you here ! I study in Nanjing University and my major is biology. I really like handwork and learnt something new. I am mainly responsible for drawing pictures for my team. It was an unforgettable experience for me to work with all my teammates. I learned a lot during this period. Thank you all！

Zhisan Cui

I'm Zhisan Cui, a student majoring in life sciences in Nanjing University. It's my honor to participate in iGEM and contribute my strength to doing experiments. My hobbies after class are running and playing table tennis. It's really enjoyable when I'm running, with the blessings of the breeze and the company of the sun setting beyond the horizon.

Lang Chen

I am Chen Lang from Nanjing University, majoring in biology. I participate in iGEM as a member of the publicity group. In daily life, I like reading and watching movies. While participating in iGEM, I developed many skills and realized the great promise of synthetic biology. I will continue to pay attention to synthetic biology in my future study and draw inspiration from it.

Bianjiong Yu

I'm Yu Bianjiong, a student from the School of Life Sciences, Nanjing University. I was lucky enough to compete in iGEM and had previously completed a project with many of my classmates who were interested in synthetic biology. I'm very interested in "synthesis" in various senses, and I hope I can learn more about it in the future.

Yang Yu

Hello! My name is Yang Yu, a student majoring in life sciences at Nanjing University. I'm honored to be a member of the art group to participate in iGEM. I get a better understanding of synthetic biology in the process of operating the official account. Cooperating with others to solve problems is a wonderful experience for me. I hope that there will be such opportunities in the future to improve myself.

Changning Liao

I am Changning Liao from Nanjing Foreign Language School. As a junior high student, and also the leader of Biochemistry Club at school, I found myself interested in Biology and made up my mind to be a doctor or a Biochemistry scientist in the future. I've learned a lot from this project, as I really like the feeling inside the lab, doing experiments. I hope I can dive more deeply into this field in the future. Thank you all for this chance!

Zihui Wang

This is Zihui Wang from Nanjing Foreign Language School senior three. Since the time I barely had vivid memory, I started to show great interest in nature and life science. Based on my enthusiasm for insects, especially, I began my study in professional biology, including a lab experiment of purifying bacterial plasmid, detecting water percentage using MRI and separating DNA with SDS-PAGE. It was really an honor to participate in iGEM and learn more about microorganism engineering.

Xu Ke

I am Xu Ke from BASIS International School Nanjing. As a high school student, my academic interests surround biological concepts and practical experiments regarding the relationship with real-life applications. The experience in synthetic biology provided an inversed perspective to view the subject, encouraging me to dig deeper into the topic with sufficient background information in the future.

I'm Ni Ruilan, a high school junior from Nanjing Foreign Language School. I am very much interested in Biology and Chemistry, enjoying in conducting experiments and reflecting on questions. I think I'll learn a lot from IGEM. In my spare time, I am fond of playing football and reading books.
