Part Collection
Here is an overview of all the parts we have created this year (Basic and Composite) . Our Basic parts are mainly encoded protease genes, while our Composite parts are mainly a few plasmoids and a combination of two genes joined.
We collected our parts together according to their different functions (output product or identification role), with our favourite part being BBa_K4427002, as we successfully verified the expression of phenylethanol in this part. Following the model of this part, we refined and constructed more parts.
