Improvement of an Existing Part
Likewise, this year we have made improvements to some of the existing parts, which are detailed below.
We noticed that the BphP1-binding blocker protein QPAS1 was not working properly in any of the previous teams, so we improved it and our experiment results proved that our improvements were fully feasible, achieving better results than in the previous teams.

We have innovatively changed the binding site of the EL222 protein to allow the promoter to work better. We chose the LOV structural domain of the EL222 protein so that it can work better and more effectively than the old one, and our experiment results could prove it.
