They suggested that we should also use FACS to analyse the cells. We did not have access to this instrument and could not arrange for it as our interaction with them happened a little towards the end. However, we have already looked for a lab in an industrial space where we could perform this analysis in the future. Further, they made a suggestion that we should try using different strains of E. coli and test our data. This is definitely there in our project pipeline. Further, they discussed papers relevant to UTRs with us and it was quite insightful.
