Laboratório de Biotecnologia Molecular (LBM)

We would like to thank our partner Laboratório de Biotecnologia Molecular for the help during our experiments. The LBM belongs to the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at UFV. It encompasses research focused on the study of bacteria, yeasts and plants, cell signaling, identification and development of products and processes with biotechnological application. Techniques in proteomics, microbiology, gene cloning, genotyping, heterologous expression of proteins, quantitative PCR/RT-PCR, double-hybrid, immunoassay, genome sequencing and RNA and two-dimensional electrophoresis are applied.

Biohackerspace IdeaReal

We would like to thank our partner Biohackerspace IdeaReal for the help during our wet-lab experiments and education activities. IdeaReal is one of the first laboratories - in Belo Horizonte and Minas Gerais - open to the community focused on synthetic biology and associated technologies.
