SZPT-CHINA is a diverse team composed of 15 students from 8 different majors. We began brainstorm in January and finally determined that the goal of our project is to use Beauty G. hansenii to produce a live bacterial skin care product with various efficacy, based on the project of SZPT-CHINA in 2021 "self-growth artificial skin for burn treatment". After seven months of hard work in experiments and Human practices, we made great progress in our project. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the team members, and the iGEM teams that we worked with, and to the people who have helped us tremendously in this process.
Zhibing Mai: Team leader, responsible for the management, coordination, and execution of the whole project. Her excellent contribution also includes writing the wiki pages of implementation and proof of concept.
Jiayi Chen: Leader of the HP group, responsible for social outreach and practice. She is also in charge of the beautification of the PowerPoint presentation and writing the wiki page of integrated human practices.
Jiali Chen: Leader of the ART group, responsible for science education through social media. She is also participated in some Art work, such as the design of wiki pages and the project's brochures and posters, etc. In addition, she responsible for writing the wiki pages of members and attributions.
Jinming Lin: Team member in HP group, responsible for external communication. He is an important provider of inspiration for our project. Besides, he is the scriptwriter of our shadow puppetry.
Yulin Peng: Team member in HP group, responsible for education activities. She also contributed to writing educational materials, notebook for our project.
Lihong Cheng: Team member in HP group, greatly contributed to understanding, building and running mathematical models. She is also responsible for organizing commercial activities.
Yiyuan Zhang: Team member in ART group, responsible for art design of wiki and project illustration. He is also actively involved in some education activities.
Zijian Zhu: Team member in HP group, one of presenters of our team, responsible for project presentation and English proofreading. He also contributed to writing the wiki pages of description.
Qi Jin: Team member in HP group, another presenter of our team, responsible for project presentation and English proofreading. She also contributed to writing the wiki pages of design.
Wenhui Li: Team member in HP group, responsible for construction of Wiki. Without his efforts, we would not be able to present the results of our team's efforts for over a year.
Shengnan Sun: Team leader in EXP group, involved in all aspects of it, responsible for experiment design and practice. This includes conducting experiment, such as optimization of the pDawn system and GSH concentration measurement and data processing.
Minchun He: Team member of EXP group, responsible for bacterial fluid and GSH production. She is also contributed to writing the wiki page of results.
Laiyi Teng: Team member of EXP group, responsible for tracking experiment data and providing experiment materials. She is also in charge of writing the wiki page of contribution.
Yutong Chen: Team member of EXP group, responsible for lab maintenance. She's contribution includes providing bacterial solution for GSH detection and eletrocompetent cell for each module.
Chujuan Cai: Team member of EXP group, contributed to exploring the influence of different factors on G. hansenni emulsion. She is also responsible for writing the wiki page of Engineering Success.
Jinging Wei: (Primary PI) gives us project support and advice.
Hongbo Liu: (Secondary PI) gives us general support and fundraising help.
Li Li: (Instructor) gives us Human Practices support and English writing & presentation coaching.
Rongrong Zhang: (Instructor) gives us difficult technique support and lab support.

Jiawei Huang: Give us new inspiration when we encountered bottlenecks in our experiments.
