During this period, we learned the way to write a business plan, gained a deeper understanding of type 2 diabetes, and learned how to communicate more effectively with experts. These things have broadened our horizons, and our teachers and group leaders are very responsible. They help us divide our work so that we know our tasks. We work with each other, develop teamwork skills, and we organised a lot of events together. For example, we set up stalls in universities and squares and donate the money we earn to those in need. In addition, we interviewed people in the mall and analyzed the reasons for their diabetes, and we all thought it was a meaningful experience.

In this study, a series of molecular biology techniques were applied to establish a GK agonist screening platform. Berifly, GK purified recombinant plasmid was constructed by double enzyme digestion, gel recovery, T4 enzyme ligation. Then, the recombinant plasmid was transformed into M15 and positive transformant was identified for purification of GK protein. The GK enzyme activity detection platform was established and the insulin secretion-stimulating andprotective functions of the active compound 13926 were confirmed.
