Filter replacement works in a similar way to a Ferris wheel. Several
filters are hung from a rotating chain, and as the chain rotates, the
filters are fed or discharged as wastewater. This structure is not only
very easy to replace the filter, but also the replacement cycle of the
filter can be easily changed. All filters can be replaced at once on the
day when microalgae growth is completed, or it can be operated so that
one sheet is inserted and discharged per day.
Control
All hardware is controlled by AVR Microprocessor. It is most suitable
for operating our system because it is easy to control various
hardware. Users manage the system through the web interface.
