Parts
Here is a list of all the parts our team designed and contributed on existing registry parts. We provide a list of Basic and Composite parts we intended on using for two different chassis, Spodoptera Frugiperda (Sf9) and E. coli, for the expression of recombinant protein S. Moreover, we created two part collections which consist of regulatory elements, coding DNA sequences and vectors for expression in Sf9 and E. coli cells.

Parts Collection
This year, our team designed two parts collections, one for the expression of protein S in SF9 Baculovirus Expression System and the other for expressing protein S in E. coli. For both collections, we provide a complete list of parts, including CDS, composite parts with regulators, RBS and terminators, the plasmids used for expression and the primer sequences used for our Ligation Independent Cloning. We hope that future teams can utilize our parts documentation, for which we have provided detailed descriptions on the respective part pages, and utilize our parts for expression of various recombinant proteins in eukaryotic and prokaryotic expression systems. Individual components of our composite parts can be found in the main parts table.
