Introduction
Our experiments and approaches are shown on the following page with detailed protocols. They are divided into Bacterial culture and Mammalian cell culture experiments. The Bacterial part contains our general protocols, in silico as well as wet-lab experiments. The Mammalian part has our experiments from mammalian cell culture and contains cell culturing, transfection, western blot, fluorescence microscopy, and flow cytometry experiments. Some abbreviations that you will meet in the text are wtIF(wild type intrinsic factor), pDisplay mammalian expression vector (the plasmid from ThermoFisher).
