Parts

Our parts are mainly concentrated in the static and dynamic regulation systems. We carefully submitted the components we developed to perform one specific function into basic part in Registry.

We also measured the strength of promoters against a library of others. Beside, Sequence optimization of our dynamically regulated light-control part BBa_K4263009 was done to allow it to better play a regulatory role in P.pastoris.(reference to the existed part BBa_K3570021)
