PRODUCT POSITIONING
FUNCDYES offers a business-to-business product. It serves as an optogenetic bioreactor, providing a functional and environment friendly dye with pretty color, faint scent, and antiseptic efficacy. The equipment and can be either applied in large-scale cloth dyeing industry, or used in an individual fabric workshop by the craftsman.
PRODUCT STYLE
FUNCDYES is assembled with a transparent cylindroid equipment and a tube containing the engineered Pichia pastoris and its broth. The equipment consists of an airtight container for fermentation and the light control circuit placing inside and around the tank wall. It is also attached to the feed and refeed pipe, for inducer or ferment extract to flow.
PRODUCT USAGE
The leak proofness should be examined first. After checking and sterilizing, attach the tube with the feed pipe. The fermented broth will then be transported into the container. During the fermentation, all the pipeline should be tightly closed, and the blue light can be remotely controlled according to the actual requirement. The refeed pipeline cannot be opened unless the user needs to gather the sample. After crushing the cell and resolve the pigment, the cloth can be dyed either by soaking, printing, or steam dyeing.
