4. Contributions

1. Engineering Success

Our project truly emphasized the engineering aspect of synthetic biology just as much as the biological aspect. With the help of one of our PIs, Dr. Song, we developed a chip that can serve as a detection device for early detection of Alzheimer Disease. 2. Collaboration

This year the NYUAD iGEM team collaborated with two other iGEM teams. Our first collaboration was with the Linköping University (LiU) iGEM team and our second collaboration was with the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (Technion) iGEM team. 3. Human Practices
