Overview
Building BioBricks has always been a crucial part of iGEM projects. Fig1 is our BioBricks template by substituting different sequences and obtaining the following eight sequences. Basically, AMPC is consist of two kinds of AMP and is linked by amino acid E. We selected several AMPs, such as Hisstatin 5, Ranalexin, LcCCL28, hBD-3, Lysostaphin, HNP1, and LL37 which have antimicrobial effects for S. aureus. Here is a part to summarize the eight sequences we used, and you can link to the website for details.

Composite Part
Each AMPC engineered as AMP-linker-AMP-linker-AMP-linker. The name of the AMP is written inside the parenthesis, and the letter E indicaties linker.
