Attributions
During the whole process of the competition, we have progressed our project with intensive human practices and finished it with numerous help from close collaborations and partnership with others. In reciprocal, we made contributions by accomplishing our project and responded the society by educations and communications. In the project, we innovatively designed RTAC, a chimeric protein that can target various RSPO-induced cancers and provided the proof-of-concept. Also, we creatively engineered the R-yeast that can express RTAC in a self-tunable manner to particularly treat colon cancer with a unique kill-switch. Here, we summarize what work has been done by which team member and thank others that have helped us out along the way.

1.Competition summary and team contributions
We started with the iGEM competition in mid-February 2022 and immediately dove into the brainstorming phase. This phase lasted to approximately the end of March 2022. From here on, we started to work in the laboratory. At the same time, we conduct social surveys, seek expert guidance and other team cooperation. By this time, we also assigned every team member a management position. This phase lasted to the end of August 2022 and then we started to build wiki and prepare for presentation.

Xiaoya Liu

She is the leader of our team. She is serious and rigorous, actively communicates with teachers, and has strong professional ability. She manages the overall tasks of the team; Be responsible for the labwork group and supervise the work of the four groups; Provide video materials; Participate in wiki material writing and wiki design. She made important decisions for our project and played an indispensable role.

Zihan Tang

She is the vice leader of our team, in charge of all kinds of chores, communicating with members, conscientious and considerate. She is responsible for wiki group and mainly wrote wiki; Participate in the work of the four groups, wiki design and experiments; Assisted in videos. She is the "lubricant" in the team and is trusted by the team.

Tianshu Song

She is the contact person of the wiki group, who works conscientiously and responsibly and appears whenever necessary. She completed most of the work of the model, was also responsible for wiki design, and participated in the experimental work. Her down-to-earth character is loved by us.

Kunpeng Zhou

He is the contact person of the HP team, who works actively and patiently, completes the task on time, and gives full support to the team leader. He was mainly responsible for the public account, the development of rural and special education, as well as the activities in high schools, and was welcomed by the students.

Chengrui Cao

He participated in the work of three groups, took the initiative to undertake many additional tasks, and was very active. He was mainly responsible for education in primary school, intestinal alliance, debate and other activities. He received praise from teachers and students.

ZhiPeng Li

He was closely involved in wiki work and model building, and did his best within his ability. He worked hard, completed tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed, and followed up the work progress at any time. He played a fundamental role in model building and wiki writing.

Yujie Li

He is one of the contacts of the HP group, mainly responsible for the reimbursement work with high patience. He actively contacted public, undertook the education activities for the elderly, and completed the public account task on time. He can always lend a hand when we need.

Yingwei Ju

She is one of the contacts of the HP group, mainly responsible for purchasing team badges, uniforms, etc. She is responsible for the typesetting of the public account. She has a cheerful personality, and her presence brings us a lot of happiness.

Jie Si

She is the contact person of the presentation group and participated in the work of the HP group. She went to the hospital for an interview and collected useful information. Her English pronunciation is standard and full of temperament.

Yinghao Wang

He is responsible for building our wiki, which is highly efficient, quality and quantity guaranteed. As a student in computer major, he makes great contributions for us.

Yu Guo

She is responsible for building our wiki, working patiently, and designing beautifully. As a student from software college, she has paid a lot for our project.

Xinyue Zhang

She participated in the work of wiki group and presentation group. She translated part of the text, worked quickly, and continued to follow up in the later presentation.

Xiaojin Zhu

The teacher is conscientious and responsible, and has a very high academic level. He continued to follow up from the beginning of the competition and gave us necessary guidance at any time.
