This year the iGEM Montpellier team designed a CRISPR librairy for detection using Cas13a ortholog. For this work, we designed 26 target sequences, 20 guide RNA and 21 primer sequences used to obtain guide RNAs. All the parts are designed and tested by us. To construct them, we used different methods: primers, targets and guide RNAs were synthesized by IDT amplified by PCR then transcribed.

We also completed the purification protocol and the experimental characterization of an existing part: BBa_K2306012 and added the data of them to the corresponding BioBricks as a contribution.
