This product is suitable for people to take before drinking, so that it can increase ethanol dehydrogenase and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase in the body of people who drink, which can prevent people from blushing and help people sober up faster. And reduce the damage to the liver after drinking. We envision our whole process to be convenient for patients. We will make this product in capsules or freeze-dried, which contain mainly a powder ground from recombinant probiotics. We also use vacuum freeze-drying technology to make it into a freeze-dry. It is a new type of drying means that uses the sublimation property of water under low temperature and low pressure conditions to dehydrate the powder at low temperature and achieve drying. Half an hour before drinking, people can swallow the capsule directly or take it by taking warm honey water and brewing it open. It has a shelf life of one year and needs to be kept in a cool, dry place, not exposed to the sun.
Safety
However, when applied in the real world, the Escherichia coli strain we selected is classified as low risk. It is also a probiotic, and it exists in the human body. When people take our products, our products will enter the intestinal tract and become ethanol dehydrogenase and acetaldehyde dehydrogenase, and then become acetic acid. Finally, our products will be decomposed into water and carbon dioxide and discharged out of the body. Therefore, we can ensure that when our product is applied to the public, everyone should be able to use it without concern. After the products are launched, we will conduct sampling survey and test the products to ensure the quality of the products. And it only degrades part of the alcohol. When the alcohol concentration is relatively high, they will only dilute the alcohol to a lower alcohol content than 10%, which can make the gene work normally.

Our vision is that our plan is to transform probiotic Escherichia coli to degrade the liver damage caused by alcohol alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH). The genes we designed can help people reduce alcohol content in their bodies, and such genes can prevent harm to health.
