We used Anammox enzyme parts to make Anammox cluster. Hydrazine synthases consist of alpha, beta and gamma subunits from Kuenenia stuttgartiensis. We also need hydrazine oxidoreductase and nitrite reductase. Since we add superoxdie production reaction to our ABC filter, superoxide dismutase(SOD) should be followed.
