I will never forget the Catalyse competition back in February, where our team pitched Sporadicate’s concept and won the first prize! To celebrate we all went for a team burger session.

My favourite iGEM memory so far was participating in Catalyse. It was the first time we presented our idea to an audience, and it was so encouraging seeing the reaction we got and the discussions we engaged in. The celebration we had as a team later was also a great bonding moment!

Scrambling to meet farmers in Harpenden, after struggling to secure a SSD card and a morning of train cancellations. It was so inspiring to speak to stakeholders face to face. We were even introduced to the world of farming Twitter, which we can now claim to be a part of!
