Hey I'm Winston Baker. I'm a junior in Highschool, this second year being on a iGEM team but this year I was more involved than last. Besides my iGEM team i'm also on a FIRST robotics team. In my freetime I enjoy playing video games and studying geogoprahy. I joined iGEM because after taking biology I wanted to find ways to help the world improve.
Hi, I am Yifei (Osborn) Huang. I am a junior in high school. This is my first year on the Igem team, and I am trying to get more involved in the team. I mainly work in a wet lab and try to help a bit with the wiki. Besides igem, I love playing golf and swimming in my leisure time.
My name is Yuwei (William) Zhang. I am a 10th grader at Gaston Day School. I love math and coding, and I play sports during my spare time. I am hoping to have a STEM related major in college.

Hello, my name is Tiancheng (Eric) Lan, and I am a student who just graduated from Gaston Day School this May going to William & Mary University. I was on the team for over two years and was one of last year's leaders. During this summer, I've been helping with the wet lab part of the project. In my spare time, I enjoy playing tennis and listening to music. I hope Gaston Day School iGEM can achieve more this year!
Good day, my name is Jordan Baker, and I helped this year’s iGEM team with lab work and recording data from said lab work. I also researched things for personal use and the team, and other than that, I enjoy volunteering for sick kids and on our robotics team!
Hi, I’m Siqi (Helena) Ren from Shanghai. I’m a junior student in high school, and this year is my first year joining the iGEM team. I joined iGEM because I wanted to find my way on the path of studying biology. I want to major in genetic engineering in the future, and I am also very interested in filmmaking. I like swimming, watching movies, and playing board games in my free time.
Hello, I’m Yuan (Ingrid) Ou. I am an 11th grader at Shangde Experimental School. I’m from China. In my daily life, I like reading and playing video games. This is my first time participating in the iGEM competition. I gained some valuable experience through the process, and I am hoping that we can have good results.
My name is Zijun (Steve) Hua. I am a student from Shanghai, China. I was drawn to the pleasures of biology and chemistry, and I am good at math. My specialty is in the design of experimental content and the study of experimental subjects. I acted as a paper researcher and case finder in this team. My future study direction is biological research and pharmaceuticals. One of my hobbies is playing the violin.
Hi, here is Zhiwei (Hasta) Liu. I am currently in 12th grade, meaning graduation is coming soon. I have maintained my love for Biology since I started school. The best thing I can do about biology is drawing a complete human skeleton. Meanwhile, my hobby is assembling models, especially complex and precise ones. Playing games is also my interest, and among the varias games, I like RPG games the best.
My name is Hongyuan (Mark) Ma. I am now a student in 11th grade. I love mathematics, which allows me to sink calmly into my studies. Mathematics improved my ability to think and taught me that there is no fear of making errors. It is fine to face failures and learn from them. I believe that as long as I keep going, no matter how tortuous the path is, I’ll always get to the end.
My name is Rongchao (Robin) Yan. I am a student in Grade 11. I am interested in biology and chemistry, and my future major would be engineering and biology. Besides studying, I am interested in photography. I often go out to take some photos when I’m free. I hope I can have a STEM-related major in college.
