After doing the wetlab, we successfully added genes into E. coli
The team successfully added SmPAL, ScCCL, and AtCCR into E. coli cells. All three gene sequences were codon optimized for use in E. coli, and are, therefore, significantly different from previously submitted parts. These parts have been added to the Biobrick Registry.
