Parts
This year, we devote ourselves to phosphate manufacture via coupling phosphite oxidation and polyphosphate synthesis. Two kinds of Parts, phosphite dehydrogenase (PD) and polyphosphate kinase (PPK), that involved in these two metabolic pathways were investigated, tested and improved. More specifically, (1) we built four new Parts (including BBa_K4257000, BBa_K4257011, BBa_K4257022 and BBa_K4257033) and proved that they work as expected by corresponding experiments, (2) we made significant improvements on three existing Parts (including BBa_K1807009, BBa_K3022002 and BBa_K4257033) and provided elaborate comparison experimental results, and (3) we also added new data from laboratory experiments to aforementioned existing Parts.

For detailed information on our Parts work, please refer to the links (presented as Part Number) listed in the following Table.
