Summary

During our iGEM year, we organized our project by forming multiple subgroups, each dealing with different parts of our project. We distributed our work to one modelling and five wet lab groups. Of these five groups, one developed our BioReactor for Enzymatical ElectroSynthesis (BREES) and the other four groups metabolically engineered yeast strains to produce the monoterpenoid precursor α-pinene. Furthermore, our iGEM team invested a lot of time and effort in several other subgroups, in which team members were responsible for sponsoring, education and communication, or human practices, as well as organizing our JuniorJam meetup or managing our social media accounts. You will find a weekly report of each group in the following notebook files. Visit our attribution page for more information on who participated in which sub- or lab group.
