In the Anatoxic project we have added 3 new basic parts and 4 new composite parts to the registry.

For the assembly, the plasmids were kindly provided by Victor Sourjik’s lab from the Max Planck Institute of Terrestrial Microbiology in Marburg except for the Basic Parts (BBa_K4208001, BBa_K4208002) and Composite Parts (BBa_K4208004, BBa_K4208005) which were cloned via Gibson Assembly to create the hybrid receptors with the backbone pKG116 initially coding for the PctD-Tar Hybrid.
