We thank the following individuals, who provided us with their expertise and insight. Dr. Kiyoko Yokota introduced us to the biology of cyanobacteria. Dr. Stephan Klahn, an expert on cyanobacterial engineering, explained the current state of the art in the synthetic biology of cyanobacteria, particularly with regards to gene delivery methods. The advice of Dr. Andrew Millard, an expert in cyanophage genetics, made valuable contributions to our bioinformatics research as we designed our phagemid. |

Museum Exhibit Development
We received valuable assistance from Doug Reilly, Erik Stengler, Jacob Ghiorse, and David Kenny during the design, prototyping, and testing of our museum exhibit. Doug Reilly explained basic principles of exhibit design and shared with us the needs of the local community, which informed our exhibit design. Dr. Erik Stengler provided guidance and helpful feedback on our exhibit design ideas. Jacob Ghiorse did the 3D CAD for the phage model component of our exhibit, and David Kenny helped with 3D printing and design refinement for durability.  |
