In our experiment, we used E. coli, which is safe and harmless to human beings, to avoid contamination of the
samples, and everyone participated in the experiment in an orderly manner on the super clean bench under the
guidance of the teacher.
The team fully considered the problems in the experimental process
The experiment was conducted in the Molecular Biology Laboratory of the Medical Laboratory Center of the Chinese
Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which has a refrigerator and cabinets suitable for storing materials.
Before this experiment, we learned lab training online, and on the first day in the lab, Dr. Nie led us in the
experiment and taught us how to operate the precision instruments and the details of the operation. Under Dr. Nie's
guidance, we learned to prepare LB medium, extract DNA plasmids, and do enzyme digestion.
