In the immediate future we are planning to work more towards our project
Despite the time pressure we faced, because of the fundamental delays, we managed to create transformed E.Coli with the recombinant plasmid.
Future plans include but are not limited to the isolation of the tachyplesin analog, removal of the methionine aminoacid,
because it is absent from the mature tachyplesin peptide and evaluate its antimicrobial action against marble-living microorganisms for M.ER.CURE.
