Instructors
Dr. Pei-Hong Chen
Dr. Chen is a biology teacher at Mingdao High school, who has expertise in molecular biology and genetic engineering. He has led the iGEM teams of Mingdao high school since 2014. As our PI, he passed on his experience to us, and taught us experimental skills in our lab. We thank him for all his effort, and also how he always accompanied us when we encountered problems.
Ms. Hui-Chuan Hsieh
Ms. Hsieh is a biology teacher with expertise in protein engineering and expression/purification systems. She is our secondary PI, and taught us how to do some of the experiments. We thank her for her precious advice and how she instructed us on our experiments.
Team Leaders
Our team leaders are the very core of our team. Not only did they check on us frequently to see if anything was needed, but also made the right calls whenever we ran into trouble. Having their hands on the steering wheel is one of the reasons why we can accomplish our goals!

Wet lab
Wet lab plays a crucial role in our iGem projects. Due to being familiar with all the experimental equipment, procedures and techniques, they can successfully accomplish any sort of experiment with patience and precision.

Dry Lab
The Dry Lab team is responsible for the design of laboratory equipment and data modeling. Therefore, they are our biggest support along the way. They also presented our progress and results on the web page of their design. Without their efforts, the preparation of our projects would be terribly difficult.

Human Practices
The HP team covers a large variety of tasks, from collaborating with people outside our iGem group to the design of our reports and infographics. The teams consist of talented individuals, who each specializes and excels in different fields.
Bo-Yu Lin (HP Leader)
Public survey, contacted/visited experts, biotech companies, and stock farms, held meet-ups with other iGEM teams, designed the board games, made collaborations with other iGEM teams, promoted iGEM, and kept the members of HP team on track.
Yen-Tso Lin (Vice HP leader)
Wrote and distributed WIKI content, attended Ono high school online summit, visited stock farms and experts, attended meet-ups with other IGEM teams, translated content into English.
Yen-Po Chen (Vice HP leader)
