Notable Results

On June 23rd, DNA for the Lbu_cas13a, GFP_crRNA, and mcyH_crRNA were successfully cut from plasmid vectors through EcoRI restriction digest, dephosphorylated, and amplified by PCR.

On August 3rd, the sequences for the following constructs were successfully amplified via PCR: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

On September 24th, constructs 1, 2, 6, 7 were digested from plasmid vectors through DPNI restriction enzyme digestion.
