Who are our competitors?

Our competitors are, primarily, the healthcare industries and the diagnostic labs working on using aptamers for diagnosis. Aptamers are the upcoming novelty in the field of diagnosis and therapeutics and have the potential to take over the industry by storm. Businesses focusing on developing biosensors for UTIs or in the development of any aptamer-based toolkit would be a competitor for our solution.

What are our commercial plans for the project?

We have planned our business model in the following two stages:

1. Once we have established the right set of aptamers, both by in silico as well as in vitro verification, we will coordinate with known pathological labs in India.
2. We will then prepare a final prototype of the diagnostic toolkit for UTIs and then coordinate with industrial partners for the scale-up.
