Plasmid synthesis

Gene sequence of our parts BBa_K4236002, BBa_K4236005, BBa_K4255014 were synthesized by BGI, and then cloned into pETDuet vector.

HPLC measurement

Prof. Hu from Minzu University of China offered generous help in conducting HPLC experiments to verify the existence of astragalin in the product.

Plasmid mapping software

Plasmid mapping and primer design were sponsored by SnapGene. Our team received 25 iGEM special licenses.

Promotional Video Production

The video was shot, edited and post-produced mainly by our own team members; but at the same time, we received advice and technical help from PI Mr. Leng, and from team SHSBNU_China

Biology Art Exhibition

iBowu-China co-hosted the Exhibition with Cyano Studio. Many of our team members this year joined Cyano Studio as well. The founder of Cyano Studio, Atom Wang, was a member of iBowu-China team in 2020 and 2021. The exhibition rent the venue at Enjoy-Art Museum in Beijing, which is located in 798 Art Sector, a specialized and renowned art hub in Beijing.
