This year we have designed 5 basic parts by ourselves: (1) Monoclonal antibody scFv-Fc.1 (2) Fusion protein SIRPαD1-Fc.2 (3) Monocarboxylate transporter 1 (MCT1).3 (4) Acid inducible P-asr promoter.4 (5) Base inducible P-atp2 promoter.5 So far, 3 of the 5 parts have been experimentally explored. Figure 1 shows the cloning and visualizing of designed parts.
