We developed a roadmap for our cloning strategies described in the document entitled "IGEM_CO2_CURE_Cloning_Roadmap". All the protocols we used to characterize the Streptomyces phenotypes and genome contents are detailed in the STREPTObook. The results related to the characterization of the chassis of the CO2CURE project is in the the Results webpage.
