She has also been involved in collaborations such as meetings such as BioSynSys but most of all she has worked on the “Handbook” project with Lund’s team. She presented the project at the “Lycée Français International” of Pondichéry (India). She had a referee role as she was in charge of following the medal criteria. She performed lab experiments (4 weeks) and contributed to the WIKI (Collaboration, Attribution).

Laure BRIERE participated in the development of the RuBisCO assay protocol, and in the experiments that followed. Having a good vision of our project, she helped to prepare the poster for the iGEM meeting at Toulouse. She performed lab experiments (3 weeks).

Titouan CHAMBE was part of the modeling team and was our precious webmaster who coded the entire WIKI. Through this role he had to proofread, format and publish all the final documents in the WIKI. He performed laboratory experiments (3 weeks) with the characterisation of chassis.

Elsa CHAOUAT was treasurer of the association SyntheBiol, and part of the CRISPR team. She drew the "Did you know?" series and the cover of the Handbook. She performed lab experiments (3 weeks) and contributed to the WIKI (Safety). Elsa also participated in the science festival and designed our kakemono.

Glenn CHARPENTIER participated in part of the finances by taking care of everything around the purchase of the team's sweaters. He also participated in the organization of human practices as well as finding contacts for interviews. Finally, he focused on, and managed the chassis bioassays when he was in the laboratory and performed lab experiments in addition to organizing the lab for the team to work in good conditions (2 weeks). He also helped with the bioassays data for the STREPTObook and contributed to the WIKI (“Chassis registry_Results”, “Team ”).

Simon COIBA has worked on communication with the various iGEM teams from Paris. Also in the context of communication, he participated in the science festival. He performed lab experiments (2 weeks) and made valuable contributions to the Human practices for the WIKI.

Bartosz FRACZEK built the CRISPRi tutorial and designed the logo. He was also in charge of the video of the project. He performed lab experiments (7 weeks) and made a decisive contribution to the cloning part of the project. He wrote many pages of the WIKI (Project description, Proof of concept, Parts, Engineering success, Contribution). He also contributed to the Implementation page.

Thomas GREGORY is the team leader. He contributed to the smooth running of the project by overseeing as best as possible all aspects of the project, from the human practices to the sub-projects, to the sweaters and the laboratory. He performed lab experiments (8 weeks) and was in charge of the STREPTObook for the WIKI. He also contributed to several aspects of the WIKI including “Chassis registry_Results” and “Education” (STREPTObook). He presented the project at the “Lycée Français International” of Pondichéry (India).

Anakim GUALDONI is part of the CRISPR team, so she participated in the development of our tutorial. She also participated in the smooth running of our participation in the science festival. She performed lab experiments (2 weeks).

Nathan JOYET first took care of the administrative part of the association, to raise the funds of the association by filling out the grant applications, finding partners and funding. He presented the project at the BioSynSys meeting. He performed lab experiments (1 week) and contributed to the WIKI (Attribution).

Alicia LEMAIRE mainly worked on the modeling of our project. She contributed to the handbook, for the dictionary. She performed lab experiments (3 weeks) and contributed to the WIKI (Implementation, Model).

Baptiste ORTHEAU greatly participated in the design of our project by finding our frames and selecting, describing the different genes of interest that will be useful to our project. He performed lab experiments (2 weeks) and proposed his help for the WIKI.

Alexandre PRADIGNAC was mainly involved in the mathematical modeling of our project. He performed lab experiments (2 weeks) with the characterisation of chassis and contributed to the WIKI (“Chassis registry_Results”, strain comparison for the STREPTObook, Model).

Antoine REGARDIN participated in the development of the stochastic model in the network. He also participated in writing the script for the video. He performed lab experiments (3 weeks) and contributed to the WIKI (Implementation, Model).

Yasmine SOCRATOFF participated in the human practices part of the project by writing the values and impact part, looking for interviews and proofreading the text. She also participated in the video in which she speaks. She performed lab experiments (2 weeks) and contributed to the Human practices and Sustainable Development Impact for the WIKI.

Tiroumagale Mélina TILLAY focused mainly on the human practices part by looking at several sub-projects such as the application, education and science part. She also participated in the STREPTOBook by drawing Streptomyces colonies. She performed lab experiments (3 weeks) and contributed to the WIKI (Education and Communication). She presented the project at the “Lycée Français International” of Pondichéry (India).

Raphaël VATIN presented the project at the iGEM meeting in Toulouse and the “Lycée Français International” of Pondichéry (India). He performed lab experiments (3 weeks) and participated in interviews on Human practices.

Coaches -

Monis ATHAR KHAN (instructor) supervised our experimental work (3 weeks) and gave us valuable advice. He ensured that the guidelines of the road map were respected and that the experiments took place in the best possible conditions.

Stéphanie BURY-MONE (principal PI of the project) participated in background research, project analysis, implementation of the project conceptualization, laboratory maintenance. She led the project from start to finish and ensured its success. She helped us with the STREPTObook and fundraising. She followed us during the summer experiments. She also took time to correct the WIKI.

Elena ESPINOSA (advisor) attended all our lab meetings and gave us very valuable and kind advice. She is the camera queen, assisting the team to make us take the best pictures we could. She was a real lifesaver throughout the whole competition.

Polina MUZYUKINA (instructor) supervised our experimental work (4 weeks) and gave us valuable advice. She ensured that the guidelines of the road map were respected and that the experiments took place in the best possible conditions.

Sokrich PONNDARA (advisor) drew all the videos and many illustrations of the WIKI.

Ombeline ROSSIER (secondary PI) followed us during the process of brainstorming and all along our iGEM project. While advising us throughout the Human practices, she filled the whole team with determination thanks to her sole energy. She always found the exact words to lead us on the path to excellence.

Mahnaz SABETI AZAD (advisor) has been attending our lab meetings since the summer and is helping us finalize the work to prepare for the competition. She nicely coached us for the BioSynSys meeting. She always found a way to cheer up the whole team, even when everything went wrong, and proofread everything the team produced.

Yoshiharu YAMAICHI (advisor) attended all our lab meetings and gave us very valuable and kind advice. He is by far one of the sweetest researchers the team ever met, as even when he was the busiest of us all, he always had time to spare to guide us.
