I’m Cui Hanwen, a Grade 12 students from SABS. I am interested in digital art drawing in my spare time. I have achieved the Bronze Award in the 2020 iGEM, hence I participated in the 2022 iGEM in order to acquire further experimental-related knowledge and improve my expertise skills. I hope our team can achieve better results this year!

Hi, I am Wang Guoyuan. I am a Year 11 student at SABS. In my spare time, I play basketball and listen to music. This is my first time participating in iGEM. Because I am curious about the lab instruments, I do better in biology classes. In the future, I would like to study biology-related subjects at university, such as biochemical pharmacology. I believe I can learn more about biology in iGEM and I can improve my communication skills.

My name is Wang Hao and I am from SABS High School, Year 11. My extra-curricular interest is tennis. The main reason I joined the iGEM competition is that out of all the subjects I study, Biology is the one I am relatively proficient at. I joined the wet team because I was better suited to the lab project as I am interested in biology. Biology is also a subject that I plan to major in in the future as a way to make the most of my strengths. My career path is related to medicine. Therefore, I will continue to gravitate towards biology to expand my academic path and contribute to the program in any way I can.

I am Qiu Tianyi from SABS. Both basketball and piano are my passions. I am also interested in economics, and business management, therefore I regarded this competition as a great opportunity for me to pursue my hobbies. What’s more, I am a logical and perceptive person, which suits the works of the dry team very well. It has been a pleasure to work with all my wonderful teammates and gain a lot from this competition. I hope we can achieve a pleasing result.

I am Xu Chenyuan (Annie), from SABS, Year 12. Usually, I play musical instruments in my spare time just for fun. As a biology learner, I participate in this project to gain a deeper understanding of genetic biology, a better understanding of specific laboratory instruments, and professional laboratory experience. I hope to get a satisfying outcome to help pursue my further studies.

Greetings to all! This is Yang Chengdong, Rose, from SABS, who is also a member of the Rapa-OT team. I am very excited to participate in the iGEM competition. My hobbies are F1 racing, watching NBA, skipping rope, and chess. During our team tasks, the teachers and team members have given me a lot of help, and I have learned many skills such as collaborating with others and analyzing problems objectively. I believe that during this competition, I will enhance my biology knowledge and try to improve my team cooperation skills!
