We entered the sequences for the aptamers for Mucin 1 and CA 15.3 into the registry. Furthermore, we were able to verify the binding affinities of the aptamers using an ELONA assay protocol, which is similar to the ELISA assay. Although we did not use any protein-coding parts this year, we were still able to contribute to the Registry. Parts are shown below:
