Overview
- We thank all of our team members, instructors, advisors, expert teachers, laboratory management teacher, units and companies that have contributed to iGEM-USTC 2022.
- Team members: Thanks to all our team member’s efforts, we have made significant breakthrough in our project. Without our team members, there would be no achievement.
- Principal Investigator: We are sincerely grateful to our principal investigator, who have furnished us with the direction of our project and the guidance of the whole experiment. Additionally, he also made many useful suggestions to this project, which helped us a lot.
- Advisors: We thank our advisors for their help. They corrected some of our mistakes during our experiment, and when we were confusing about the results, they helped us solve the doubts.
- Laboratory management teacher: We are grateful to our laboratory management teacher for her contributions to our project. She purchased all of the consumables of the experiment, without her, we could not have developed our experiment.
Team work
- Qingyan Yang
- Yang is the leader of the team. He is mainly in charge of the project administration. And he arranged the investigation and survey . He coordinated the work between every group.
- Borui Li
- Li is the assistant leader of the team. He is responsible for personnel selection and contacting other laboratories to borrow instruments.
- Jin Wang
- Wang is the manager of the team. She organized whole organization of education, preparation and participation in communication, mediator between teams and biological companies, purchasing and administration processing manager.
- Jianyu Wang
- He took responsible for the research on our project and made major contribution to the organization of our experiment.
- Jiahe Wang
- She is the leader of our experimental group. She have conducted our experiment and design assignments. Besides, she also coordinated in art design and human practice.
- Shi Han, Yiyang Shen,Xiyu Zhang, Yubangguo Nie
- They play an essential role in the preliminary investigation and the design of the experiment. They are also the core members who are responsible for the major part of experiment.
- Cong Li
- He took part in not only experiment but also model construction. He is responsible for the determination of GC-MS and surveying the data.
- Lejun Tan
- He participated in the preliminary experiment and the determination of GC-MS with Cong Li.
- Shifu Wu, Xin Zhao,Zichen Gao
- Their main work was the development of our web page. And they also took part in the preliminary investigation.
- Ziyin Huang, Yifan Zhang,Ying Zhou
- They played a role in the model construction. They also did some contributions to the investigation and research.
- Mai Li
- He is responsible for the construction of our model, provided all codes and most data. He also helped some drawing of art group.
- Ziao Ping, Tengda Ma
- Their main work was art design, such as logo design and drawing illustration. They also helped in preliminary investigation.
- Weimin Gu, Xing Ye,Tianyi Ma, Jitao Hu, Tianyu Xu
- They made some contributions to our preliminary investigation, and some human practice projects.
Existing work
- Thanks to iGEM’s official website, which provided us with the wiki links that belong to previous teams. From their work and results, we got a lot of inspirations, and that is significant to our project. And thanks to Rui Ma and so on, who have found BbTPS3. This enzyme gave us the idea of our project.
