We put our parts in the registry in a modular manner to facilitate the usage for others.
Our SPEAR System consists of two split ribozyme halves, two guide RNAs, one RBS and one reporter. The two parts are expressed by two different promoters, as the similarity in the sequence when using the same promoter prevents it from being synthesized. We put the single parts of our detection system into the registry singularly to facilitate usage by others. Especially if you are using our software to create your own split ribozyme system it is helpful to see the singular parts and how they were put together by us.
