We designed several split ribozyme combinations with different guideRNAs and reporters.
Our split ribozymes are designed to detect kanamycin resistance of pSB1K3 or the stable endogenous E. coli mRNA hcat1, that codes for a putative 3-phenylpropionate transporter2. We combined these split ribozymes with the fluorescent protein GFP and the chromoprotein eforRED using GoldenGate Assembly and summarized the parts in this part collection.
