Education

As mentioned in our "Communication" page, it was really important to our team that we increased accessibility to STEM, specifically synthetic biology. One way that we employed the eduation materials we prepared and knowledge we gained from the summer was by doing a presentation for a group of high school students at Howard High School Biotech Academy. Because these students had a little bit of background regarding biotechnology, we were able to go more in-depth regarding cloning strategies and what iGEM is. Below are images from our meeting!
