External Help

1. Our designed gene for enzyme expression was synthesized by the BGI-Write, a brand commercial synthesizing company.

2. We have finished the modeling with our own effort, and received advice from 2022 iGEM team Cornell

3. We designed, recorded and edited the promotional video with our own effort, and received help from 2022 iBowu-China on scripts and video recording.

4. Our advisor Xavier Wang assisted us with video editing of the promotion video and also proofread the Wiki content.

5. Prof. Geng From the Minzu University of China provided advice on performing SDS-Page and offered to use the University’s facility to run HPLC. Unfortunately, the HPLC experiments took considerable amount of time to tune and couldn’t detect the standard delphinidin substance following literature protocols.

6. Beijing Good Vision Technology Development Co. Ltd used our delphinidin to make a few eye pads samples. The samples were made solely for the purposing the testing if it can be manufactured, and it was not used or tested by any human subject or animal, and the samples are stored and controlled in our lab with safety label and instructions to avoid misuse.

7. Snapgene sponsored us with 20 student licenses which greatly helped with plasmid visualization, cloning design and primer design.

8. Ms. Liu, our schoolteacher from the Second High School attached to Beijing Normal University helped us with safety advising and lab management on a few weekends.
