Our future implementation plan of this project includes the following steps:
1. We will further refine our algorithm and test its robustness on more datasets.
2. We have found some interesting expression patterns about EMT of HCC in this project. We will validate theses patterns at molecular level and publish the results on a peer-reviewed journal.
3. After this method is mature, we package this method into a python library or online software so that more people can use it.
